This addition had every
obstacle we could
imagine. To add this new master bedroom suite, the gas meter,
main
electric panel and the roof mounted air conditioner unit had to be
relocated.
We also removed much of the interior walls behind this area and added a
new foyer and side entry there. The hallway drop was removed and all
A/C
ductwork was re-routed into the attic. We remodeled the existing
bathroom,
and changed all interior doors, frames & hardware. The new
master
suite has its own delux bathroom, walk-in closet and side entry.
